We are based in Cheshire, UK, however, our studio is designed to be mobile — this means we come to you. This applies throughout the UK and worldwide. Travel rates and expenses apply and will vary depending on the specific location and project.

Please book your photo session as early as possible to secure your preferred date. For sessions within the UK, we recommend getting in touch 8–12 weeks in advance. For Germany and neighbouring countries, please keep an eye out for our annual photo tour, with dates announced in advance. For bookings elsewhere in Europe or worldwide, we recommend enquiring well in advance, as availability is planned around our travel schedule.

For a session with the mobile studio, a spacious barn or indoor arena provides a familiar and comfortable space for your horse, as well as shelter from the elements. If an indoor location is not available at your horse’s yard, we may be able to arrange a suitable indoor space nearby. A covered space with a minimum size of 20ft × 45ft is required to ensure optimal conditions for the session.

Group photo sessions are possible with a minimum of three participants on-site. This is a great option for equestrian centres when several people would like to take part, with each participant receiving their own individual photo session.
