Studio Photo Session with your horse + an additional second horse (same owner only)

Cancellation Policy

The appointment can be changed up to 14 days before the session. You are entitled to a maximum of 1 appointment change (up to 14 days before the session). If you cancel the appointment of your booked photo session up to 14 days before the session Vieten Images will not charge any retainer fee and will refund the full amount of the previously received payment. A new mutually agreed appointment can be made. If you cancel the appointment within 14 days before the session Vieten Images will retain 30% of the previously received payment. If you cancel the appointment up to 7 days before the session the company will retain 50% of the previously received payment. If you cancel the appointment within 7 days before the session the company will retain 100% of the previously received payment. If Vieten Images has to cancel the appointment for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness, etc.), their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid and a new, mutually agreed appointment will be made with no additional charge. In the event of any situation out of our control (corona virus, storm, fire, etc.) we will postpone the session and reschedule once our doors reopen. Please contact Vieten Images in case of any cacellations directly.
